Another company damaged my floors. I called to get an estimate for repairs. They literally said I wasn’t worth their time and hung up on me when I asked how much their project minimum was. Kinda baffled.

This is NOT what we expected when we hired Above All Flooring!!!!! We have many spots that are not stained, the workers did not tape the base boards before staining and now we have stain all over the base boards. Terrible job...would never recommend EVER!!!
Be very careful before proceeding. We were sold an inferior wood floor with edge splintering that's manufacturer related which was improperly installed causing edge damage/dimpling. My opinion? No, it's in the report that Above All commissioned. The installation was completed June 18 or 19, 2019 and to date Above All has not remedied the situation. We are out nearly $14K and have a damaged, poorly installed wood floor in exchange.

If the driving of the company vehicle is any indication of their skill, it is garbage. Avoid.
My oak floor “IS UGLY” said Frank, one of the owners, last year. But it’s our fault because our house is “too dry.” We had oak flooring installed in our kitchen and family room (11’ x 26’) in October 2007. Problems from the beginning… They applied the wrong type of finish. But that was the “salesman’s paperwork error, and he’s no longer with them.” We expressed concern about the cracks in the floor after a couple months, had them inspected and turned up the humidifier we bought specifically for the care of the floor as... read more
