2 Star : Likely to Recommend The repair job was great but the length of time it took and overall cost I probably would not recommend it. 5 Star : Repair Quality The quality of the work I am very satisfied with. 0 Star : My Experience 1. Dropped off car 7/1. First was told repair would take until 7/3. Called on 7/3, was told it would be ready by the end of the week. Called at the end of the week (7/5), was told no one was working because of holiday. Called on Monday 7/8, was told would probably be done on 7/9. Called on 7/9, was told it should be done on 7/10....etc etc, finally got a call that it was finished at 3pm on 7/11 when you close at 4:30pm.
