Ive never had an issue on the ortho, dental or vision side. The staff always remain professional and i appreciate everyone one each side who has helped with my kids dental and vision needs. Been going to Academy kids dental and vision since my kids were little always loving and patient with my kiddos and my daughter absolutely loves going and looks forward to her dentist and vision appointments I know right! wow lol so definitely 2 thumbs up for all the staff
Yesterday we went to dental, which is always great! Fallon (not sure of spelling) was our hygienist and he was great with my daughter and answered all my questions. Today we went to vision for her first eye exam, I was impressed! And I have worked in the past for an ophthalmologist practice, and the staff was great, very knowledgeable and although the tech acted as though she would rather be anywhere else, she was pleasant with my daughter.
