I just love working here with Dr Lee and staff! Love my braces also and have gotten amazing care from everyone here! Thinking about braces call and make an appointment to see me for a consult! We do Adults too.
If I could give the 0 stars I would. Staff is a mess, unorganized and unprofessional. My son had a check up and was told he had an infection & we were given a prescription to take to our pharmacy, when we handed it to our pharmacist they told us that it was for an 11 year old boy (they said this had happened before with them) so we went back to ask what had happened and they told us there was no notes in the system where they had prescribe anything to my son, and that unless his face was puffy there was nothing they could ... read more
Beware!! They had the wrong phone number on file for my wife and when I called in to make a new appointment for my boys I was told their braces had to be removed. To be clear, their treatment plan was not complete and we had paid in full yet the braces were removed early. My son has now lost his retainer and they refuse to sell a replacement. I am very unhappy with the business and would not recommend to anyone.
Absolutely terrible place!! If you dont confirm your appointment, apparently you have to wait for a no show....if someone doesn't end up showing up, then they'll "fit you in". How is that possible? You have me down for appointments for two kids but because I didn't pick up your phone call, I need to sit here and wait. What happens if everyone shows up?...Then they reschedule you, but they swear up and down you still have your appointment scheduled? Is the worse experience when you have more than one kid, they always are in a rush and do not explain to you what procedure are they going to do
Let’s see I worked at academy kids for a short period of time and never have I ever experienced such a horrible company to work for, Marissa the dental lead is a joke, she acts just like “one of our little bosses” she gossips and it’s safe to say none of the girls like her, Mary thinks she’s intimidating cause she’s old and bitchy lol, the assistant all hate their job and want to quit. This place is horrible do not take your kids here all they care about is money
DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE! I took my kids in Yesterday and was told they had multiple cavities and needed fillings ASAP, they tried to get us to have them done right then. I refused and scheduled for a later date. My oldest has NEVER had a cavitie and takes very good care of his teeth. I decided to look where they said the cavities were and saw NOTHING. I decided to get a second opinion. I had TWO other dentists check both kids teeth and they both said he had no cavities while the younger only had one instead of the 3 acade... read more
