The materials, workmanship and professionalism of the crew was impeccable. Our customer representative Troy was fantastic, but he left the company and there was a transition to another rep and Troy and the new rep weren't on the same page. The final numbers kept changing and it didn't feel right. We were able to work it out and everything ended well. I'm convinced if we had Troy through the process there wouldn't have been a hiccup.
Everyone who I came in contact with on your crew were professional and polite, answering me questions to my satisfaction. Accent had repaired a small leak I had last year and their work encouraged me to have them install my entire roof. Great experience and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.
