Very professional group from the sales person to the actual crew that installed the roof. Crew completed the work within a day including clean up. It’s refreshing to have work completed without any issues, on time and for a contractor to do what they promised to do and even to make the extra effort. I have, and will recommended this company to my friends.
Accent Roofing and their crew acted in the most professional manner. They arrived at the agreed upon time and all work was completed in one day. They were courteous and communication was excellent! Accent Roofing achieved my 3 "p's". (Professional in their approach, pride in their work and they work with the purpose of providing their customers with the best experience for a tough job.) The materials, workmanship and professionalism of the crew was impeccable. Our customer representative Troy was fantastic, but he left the company and there was a transition to another rep and Troy and the new rep weren't on the same page. The final numbers kept changing and it didn't feel right. We were able to work it out and everything ended well. I'm convinced if we had Troy through the process there wouldn't have been a hiccup.
Everyone who I came in contact with on your crew were professional and polite, answering me questions to my satisfaction. Accent had repaired a small leak I had last year and their work encouraged me to have them install my entire roof. Great experience and I would definitely recommend your company to anyone.
