Verified Renter I love the community and I feel safe when coming and going. Residents here look out for each other. I would like to see the cleaning crew do a better job. I feel that Katie at the office listens to and takes my concerns seriously. Anytime I have called her she has addressed my issues.

Verified Renter There are no activities for individuals who work during the day, yet we are charged $150 per year for facilities that we cannot use. We are also charged for their homeowner's insurance and liability insurance. Your utility bills are not your own. They divide the total by the eight apartment in the building. A fee for pest control is charged every month whether or not you use the services. There are numerous car break ins and it is not the gated community that it advertises. Verified Renter The new management is disappointing at best, frustrating and deceptive. Ive been here for nearly 7 years, love the neighbors, high turnover though. Loved it here for a few years, but sorry, cant recommend now.
Verified Renter This used to be a neat place to live. Outdoor places are opening up all over but not here. God forbid we need to wash our car or play a game of tennis or swim in an outdoor swimming pool. We're paying extra for these things but unlike the insurance companies we're not being reimbursed for non use. By the way a dough nut and 2 cheap masks or a bag of penny candy don't equal out.
Verified Renter No repairs are being done unless there is an emergency. A toilet that overflows is not considered an emergency if you have another toilet with a broken toilet seat. Two inch long roaches are not handled properly and it has been ongoing for the last four years. Ants in the kitchen by the thousands have to wait a week for them to bring in an exterminator. Verified Renter I would love to spread the word but the fear of friends experiencing on going issues with the Plumbing/Toilets is a DEAL Breaker. IF and when the horrendous issue of overflowing toilets is resolved, I would gladly Recommend Acclaim..Maintenance normally responds in a timely and professional fashion. Verified Renter The work done on the shower could not be completed in one visit. It was really involved. James was great! The cats and roaches play a large role in my dissatisfaction. In addition, there is no insulation and the vents are in the ceiling for me and the floor upstairs so all of the cigarette and marijuana smoke from upstairs drifts to my apartment. Verified Renter These apartments are getting too old. The floors squeak, refrigerator too small, tile is constantly falling off, toliet seats are broken, and kitchen cabinets are coming apart. People who got the new renovations have commented that it wasn't done with the expertise that should have been. Next year will be out last year.We need a place that is more modern because we will be there awhile.
