Verified Renter i enjoy most of my neighbors i like my apartment size, floors, convenience of laundry room, quiet surroundings, patio for plants, reasonable utility bills, and feeling fairly safe to walk around.
Verified Renter Living in Acclaim at Carriage Hill, has been a continually rewarding experience. A genesis of continuous improvements from old to newer environment. Aesthetics and amenities may upgrade, yet the residents, friends and staff say, "Home." Living in a community where we all celebrate that which we know is most important in life, each other.
Carriage Hill The management is OK. The complex is showing it is begging to show it's age. However, that best thing about it is the tenants.
Carriage Hill This complex is nice, but old. The manager is OK , but the other tenants are wonderful. I have only been here for a week, but my thoughts about the complex is good.

Maintenance requests ignored or deleted While the apartment units are large, so are the cockroaches. The current property management company does not respond to maintenance requests and will do everything they can to avoid fixing the apartments they bought. The apartment sizes are not worth the cigarette stains seeping from the walls, the mold in the vents, the cockroaches (American and German), and the poor management.
