We very sincerely apologize to Ms. Wood and anyone else who was confused by our message. We, due to human error, had not changed our daytime phone message from the Labor day holiday. The message that played, however, says the exact same thing that our regular daytime message does, providing emergency care phone numbers and the chance to leave a message that would be returned when we reopened.
