Action Carpet & Floor Décor installed our wood floor and did an outstanding job, swiftly and efficiently. Kenny coordinated the workers, who were highly skilled and easy to work with. We were very happy with the results. When a manufacturer's defect showed up a little over a year after installation, Kenny arranged for a box of replacement wood and had it installed without charge for a perfect match. Thanks, Anthony and Kenny.
action carpet did a beautiful job....our carpet was delayed a day and they pulled out the carpet and put in the pad and got the stairs and loft for the carpet arrival that afternoon...worked late to get it in and its beautiful...changed our entire loft and entry the installer was "nacho" and he was fabulous couldnt be more pleased thank you acton carpet
Action Carpet and Flooring has done an incredible job , not once, but three times, in our home! We would never use anyone else. This last time they installed luxury vinyl planking throughout our upper level. Kany was extremely understanding when we had to reschedule due to a hospitalization.and worked with us to fit us in their busy schedule. We recently shopped the store at 11542 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX. Ronnie McDaniel met us quickly and led us to the areas we needed to shop. His range of information was excellent . He was friendly, courteous, and helpful. We enjoyed our time with him and left with confidence in our choices. He was also respectful of the 6’ rule due to Covid.
From the minute we walked into the showroom to when we said goodbye to the installers we knew we had selected the right company to take care of our flooring project. Anthony helped guide us thru all the options in the showroom to make sure we had the best fit for our needs. Had a great experience with Action Carpet & Floor Decor. First going in~~~ great service~~~ from the Gentleman that came to our home to do the measuring ~~ to the two men that installing our new floors. All professionals.~~ our new floors are beautiful and it was all done ✅ so fast from going in the store to it all done.
