I have read the reviews and after several months decided to write my own review. The high star ratings I can see, because most of their techs/employees come across as professional. On the other hand they have unscrpulous techs/employees as well, I have dealt with both kinds in this company. First the maintenance contract is nothing more than to keep you as a customer. While I haven't dealt personally with the company, I would never use them. Owners please be aware of who you have on the road representing your company. You have techs on the road driving reckless. If they do that on the road, what do they do in someone's home.
Nothing but an amazing experience working with this company, Zach Harris responded to a call on one of my rentals, and with ease, over the phone got me all squared away and back up and running while I'm out of town to keep my renter happy, 5 star company and employee.
Action Cooling and Heating providing an extended warranty on an ac of a new condo we recently purchased for my mom...and throughout the last few months we have used them to maintain the unit and provide service as needed. Over all they have been prompt, responsive and even righted some wrongs a long the way. This business is racist, I say that because this company had posted a job position for an appointment setter on craigslist. I went there to fill out an app and the man had made a copy of my license and I was told the manager will contact me later on in the day to schedule an interview. Never received that phone call to come back for an interview. Pretty sure it is because I'm African.
