a good place to buy a car I use the Acura dealership for both sales and service. Fred Peralta (sales) and Todd George (service) are my go to people. Have problem but it is quickly taken care of. Overall our experience with this dealership was good. We did have some problems after our purchase with paperwork and promised reimbursements that took awhile to resolve due to our salesman. However, once upper management heard about our issues they were quick to fix them, apologize for any inconvenience, and honor all original agreements. New Car Purchase Cindy and I came into Dealership on a regular service visit. While there we met with Cvlient Advisor - Fred Peralta. Fred was very knowledgeable and a great listener. My wife Cindy had some very clear expectations and can be demanding. Fred worked with us and put a deal together that met and surpassed them.
Best buying experience...ever! Negotiated over the phone, agreed on price, came in with my trade and walked out with my new vehicle without and extra nonsense. Hard to believe their is a car dealer out there that is what you see is what you get and delivers on price and customer service but at least my sales rep Fred made that happen.
