Great experience Fred Peralta helped us purchase our 2013 Subaru Impreza. He was super genuinely nice guy. They allowed us to handle most of the paperwork from home so everything was super quick and easy once we actually arrived at the dealership. No complaints.
Ray Jacinto is the most Professional! Rey Jacinto is not your typical Car Sales person. He listens to your needs, wants and does not pressure you into having your credit pulled 15 times like some other sales people I have come across. I let him know what I was looking for and the time frame. He did not call me one day sooner or overload me with emails. He is very professional and Higly recommened him!
Excellent communication I spoke to Fred on the phone. Was told I needed to come in and get my car appraised. Upon arrival Fred greeted me immediately had someone come out and look at my car. We discussed trading in my car purchasing my car or a lease purchase. There was nothing on the lot we could come to an agreement on at that time. I left with an offer to purchase it was very reasonable with an understanding if I decided to sell my car I would come back and see him.
Great Service! Everyone at Acura Peoria was very friendly and welcoming and worked with me to find the best car to suit my needs in a very timely manner. I feel that the entire process was very speedy and John was patient as he worked through the list of available RDX options to meet my requirements.
