Our first service for our new RDX was a breeze. First, I love that the car alerted me that service was due soon. So when I was running another errand near the dealership, I stopped in to make an appointment. Much to my delight, they could do the service immediately and I was on my way, after an oil change, inspection and a wash, in about 30 minutes. Very friendly staff, comfortable waiting area with good coffee, too.
