I was greeted warmly by Christopher Castro and he was a pleasure to work with as well as being very proficient at all the details. I recognized the sales manager, Mo, from a previous car purchase years ago and he remembered what type of car I bought 10 years ago. Tim in finance made the paperwork painless. This is my second MDX and the first one is still a great car after 150K miles.

I was happy for the service and great customer service Jai, provided. I was not happy that the technicians had oil on my inner door panels. These oil marks was not on my vehicle before I dropped off my car. I cleaned and detailed my car the day before. I noticed the oil marks also on the glove compartment. So, I had to wipe it off clean. I was disappointed that they only wash your car and did not vaccum out the vehicle. However, I was extremely happy with the them working on my vehicle.
