This was truly a fun amazing experience. Not only was their trade in offer better than anyone else’s, their genuine kindness and fantastic customer service really blew my mind. I was treated like I was at a high end resort, with zero pressure on selling me on a car. I will definitely use them for any and all car needs in the future. One of a kind!
I had no appointment and needed a B1 service done and Dary Chum made it happened with no headaches. He was very nice and had a genuine conversation while he was checking me in also like how he updated me when my car was done. Overall had an amazing experience 5/5!
My service coordinator was Jai who was both professional and knowledgeable. THe service was excellent all the way to getting a good wash. I only bring my car into Acura of Seattle for service. This is my fifth Acura all the way from my Legend, which I loved to my 2016 RDX.

Dary did an excellent job communicating the progress and complications with servicing my car. Complications emerged because it’s a 1999 and parts are not in stock. All problems identified and solved. It just took longer than forecast. I received good advice in future maintenance that will save me time!
Brought my dirty car in for a software update and was done in about an hour, driving away in a nice clean car!
Low stress, very knowledge about the car I wanted. Accommodated my kids with patience. I didn't have to speak to 20 people to get things done.
