Best service I’ve received at any dealership! Easy to book. Quick availability. Clear explanations, no useless up selling, and they know their stuff! Preston is amazing! He helped us in 2016 and then again in 2022. He takes the time to explain every detail and answer all our questions. When we are ready for a new car Preston and Acura of Seattle will be the place we go, again!

When I was dropping my car off, Dary Chum did a great job getting me checked in, explained the kind of service that would be done. Made sure to set a realistic expectation of how long they'd need my car. Jai was the service rep who helped me when I checked out and paid. Both were extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Wonderful service!

I had a great experience at the service department. I just moved to the areas and needed my RDX serviced. Dary Chum had a warm welcome and answered any questions I had. He always had a smile and was very Polite, better than any service department I’ve ever been to. I will be coming again to have my car serviced there it’s Worth the hour drive.
