Dave did a great job at assisting us through the process. We were first time homebuyers and the whole process was very daunting, but we were blessed to have Dave on our side. Dave was very responsive to our questions and if he didn’t know the answer he would find out for us. I've known Dave since middle school and has been a good friend of mine since then. Nasyim did a great job helping us find and buy our current home. She gave us tips that were invaluable when going through the process. I've recommended Nasyim to friends and family in the years since we did business with her. Everyone just loved working with her.
Dave did an exceptional job. My house was a fixer-upper and I was selling it "as is". We discussed all the possibilities and the shortcomings of the house. Dave was there for me through negotiations and paperwork that needed to be attended to. He is very passionate about his job and his clients. I know the house would of taken longer to sell if not for his help.
Kristin has been amazing throughout our home buying process. We are first time home buyers and she was great at explaining what to expect and walking us through each step.
