Kristin was wonderful to work with. She made finding the right house easy, taking in the information I thought was all I needed to give and finding a way to expand on it and pick the right place. The knowledge of local taxes and how they differ from town to town helped tremendously and was something I wasn't even thinking about. Will def be using her skills in the future from selling and buying.
I’ve been having Dave handle my house searching for a few years now and it’s always an easy process. David was and absolute wonder when it came to looking for a rent house and helped every step of the way. There were a few setbacks due to reasons that are my own and roommates, but David didn't even blink an eye when we couldn't find what I was looking for the first time we went out and viewed home.
