This is a very efficient , professional office where each employee is welcoming and very attentive to the patient. It is refreshing and reassuring to be greeted verbally and by eye contact from the moment you enter the facility until check out.It is important to have confidence in the staff and most definitely in the doctor. As an anxious dental patient, I needed to meet the dentist and dental support team before having any procedures done; my first visit was a consultation. They made me feel incredibly welcome and worked hard to provide a comfortable environment where I could relax. They took the time to understand my anxiety and then explain in detail what I could expect for my next appointment. I am very pleased with their care and professionalism, I found a new family dentist!
They did a great job adjusting to my appointment changes due to illness and promptly set up a new appointment. And when I had my appointment they did excellent work cleaning my tetth and placing my crown that had fallen out back on the post.Thanks.
I had two fillings replaced that were likely over 30 years old. This is the first time I have ever had dental work done without ANY pain. The way Dr. Adams applied the anaesthesia in stages even eliminated the pain of the shots. Two days later no pain or sensitivity. I am moving out of state and I will miss this dental practice. They will be hard to replace and they have set the bar very high for my future expectations of a dental office. Great staff and facility.
I have been a patient of Dr Adams for more than 15 years. The staff always has your dental health as a top priority. Dental insurance has not raised benefits in over a decade, with that, Dr Adams and team work with every patient to provide the best care and work to balance to ensure each patient gets the best care. for the implant we shceduled to do part of work in 2013 and remainder in 2014. The helps keep down the out of pocket costs to patients.
The least traumatic cleaning that I have ever had! I am impressed.
