I would not trust any other dentists for me and my family!!! The staff is the best, the techs and hygienists are the best, and Drs Adams and Cheek are the best! What more could a patient want?
Office visit was very good. No complaints. I was surprised that I had to pay upfront for a routine cleaning and exam. After checking my insurance policy, I called later to inquire about this. Was told that my insurance company BCBS no longer reimburses the dentist for routine cleanings and exams. Patient has to pay upfront, then BCBS reimburses patient after dentist files claim. Would have been nice to know this before I came in, but this was not an issue.
Great visit as always! Same day ER appointment and got in and out with out any problems.
The entire staff is friendly and caring. You feel you are in the best hands.
I don't even know where to start - I was so overwhelmed by how kind, professional and absolutely painless my experience was with Dr. Adams and Donna D. (hygenist) and Donna G. (dental assistant). Let me say, if you are like me - someone who has experienced a great deal of pain in the dental chair and is scared to death of letting anyone anywhere near your teeth - Dr. Adams is the man you want to see. I would not drive from Fayetteville, NC if Dr. Cheek and staff were not excellent. I cannot say enough good things about them.
From the front desk staff, to the hygienists, to Dr. Adams, visiting the dentist is a pleasant experience. Love the abundant natural lighting and the warm blankets. Thank you!
