Verified Renter Excellent location and great staff.The property has 2 elevators and all indoor house entrances..There is a 7 level garage and all covered albeit part of the 6th floor and 7 th floor

Verified Renter Absolutely love that AKS is a small community. Ive had nothing but spectacular experiences since going in for my first look. The maintenance crew is literally the best and most helpful, and efficient crew. I feel safe and comfortable at any time of the day, coming and going.
Verified Renter Nice place to live, need more policing for folk parking in the garage that doesn't live here. The parking is being taking by nonresidents so you can't park on the floor you live on.
Verified Renter Property is nice for the price. Tammy in the leasing office is the best! Vehicle break-ins are common, even if you park in the gated garage. The property is centrally located with easy access to DNT, 35E, PGBT, and 635. 8/10 overall
