Verified Renter I am really glad I found Addison Keller Springs. The management team does a great job serving their residents, and they are very responsive to maintenance requests. The apartment location is perfect. It is close enough to Dallas that you are just a short drive away from everything, but it is still far enough away to receive better value for the price of the rent. I have enjoyed being able to go for a run down to Addison Circle Park whenever I feel like it. I highly recommend this apartment complex.

Wonderful since management changed I use to hate living here cause the leasing office was always rude about everything and never listened to my complaints. Since the new management I can now go to the leasing office without feeling like I’m bothering them. That’s how the old management use to make me feel. The people who now work at the leasing office are very friendly and eager to help you in any way. Much different from the old crew. Thanks and keep up the awesome job turning this place around.

Absolutely the most unique apartment complex I've ever been in! I couldn't believe it when I read that Addison Keller Springs apartments had a huge Zen garden as the center for half of their apartments (the other half had the major pool...). It's like being on vacation just to sit on our 4th floor patio, soft-focus on the pools and mature trees, and listen to the rushing water... I would live here again My husband and I have lived here for almost 2 years. Our apartment on the top floor has a very open concept, updated appliances, pool view, one bedroom / one bath (with two showers), and LARGE island. Location: Great location for north Dallas. We love Addison as they put on all sorts of fun events and lots of great places to eat. Easy to get places. 5 stars on this topic. Addison Keller Springs Apartments I have been living at Addison keller Springs apartment for about a year now. They have great customer service as far as being helpful when you come to the office and need something. Maintenance personel is very friendly/professional. The building has a great location. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets an parks near by. at the same time, I feel safe living here because it is next to the Addison Fire and Police. Social, Clean and Convenient Addison at Keller Springs is located close to most major highways and tollways, shopping, movies and great restaurants. It is a great place to socialize while at the pool or at the clubhouse which has free Starbucks and hot chocolate-great perks! The gym is better than most apartment gyms.
