We were extremely disappointed with Dr Bennet this visit. He took it upon himself to fill a cavity wo any numbing or Laser dentistry. We come To this office to make it extremely pleasurable for our children. When I asked him what he was doing to my daughter he explained that he was "just cleaning the area". I had assumed since she had nothing on her nose or the laser wasn't out yet that was all he was doing. From the time we walked in everyone was wonderful until the time we left. Cannot recommend enough!
All assistants must wear gloves when touching Instruments that go into patients mouth.
Was not happy with Julia's cleaning she still had cod in her teeth and Dr Erica had to re clean
I was very upset when I left there about the bill. I will be looking for a new dentist that's in network. Where cleanings will be free.
email the paperwork ahead of time so I don't have to complete it while looking after 2 kids...
I wish it didn't take so long for her to get an appointment for her to get her filling filled.....Because we are only available on Saturdays we have to wait almost 2 months and that makes me upset to think that her cavity might get worse
The visit prior I was told we owe money. This was for services my insurance doesn't cover. It would have been nice to know that the services being offered were not covered before they were done. Then it would have been my decision whether or not we wanted to pay out of pocket. Also I had to pay 5$ this last visit bc apparently my insurance doesn't fully cover the cost of a cleaning. For 5$ I feel what my insurance reimburses should be excepted as full payment.
When I made the appointment I told the person who answered that the boys would be late because they get out of school 5 minutes before the appointment time and she said it wasnt a problem. When my parents got there with my boys - they were told that the boys would not be seen because of the delay in getting to the office. I dont believe there has been a single time aside for one early morning visit that I wasnt kept waiting to be seen - the one time I was delayed the boys were turned away and not treated. We are so sorry to hear about your experience. We try very hard to accommodate all of our patents including late families. There are times that even though we wish to see all patients that come late we are unable to due to schedule restraints. The desk should have been more understanding and also should have been more clear about making an appointment that was five minutes after the boys leave school several towns away.
