Lovely experience again today, staff have plenty of time for you and you don't feel rushed or pressured. Had a wig cut today and tried a couple of new styles for the next chapter in my hair loss journey. It's nice that you don't feel rushed as choices can be hard and there is the cost to think about to. I would highly recommend Aderans Trendco

Steph is an absolute star, she goes beyond her role in every way, attentive, professional and extremely patient. She will give time to ensure I am totally happy and is always available to go back if needed. Customer satisfaction is always her priority and nothing seems too much trouble. Went to Trendco Nottingham to get a replacement wig as the one purchased wasn’t wearing well. Steph was very helpful, understanding and replaced the faulty wig without hesitation. I have been going to them for a number of years and have always received brilliant advice from Steph and staff

Amber was very pleasant and helpful. I was shown lots of different choices .Amber had lots of patience and nothing was too much trouble. I was shown how to put the wig on and off and was told if I had any questions I could ring the salon. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a wig.

I met Maureen..she was explaining everything about the company and also the different types of wigs ,styles, human hair, fibre hair to. She's such a Wonderful lady ,very understanding, and really felt at ease with her. There's a few of the human hair wigs I like, and one fibre wig so I will be contacting Maureen in due course once I have had my first treatment of chemotherapy.
