Adrian is exceptional - he is a hard worker, reliable, very intelligent, and has a great personality. He always reponded quickly and talked through/explained how/why things were done and my options. He worked hard to get me a low interest rate and a great loan. Adrian was the only part about my experience that was great - he is always available, responds quickly, very smart, and has a great personality (personable/nice to talk to). He is amazing at explaining how/why things work or any options available. He definitely stands out because the rest of his team is definitely lazy. Especially Rachel, I had to always call first to ask how my progress on my loan was going and sometimes she never called back and I had to call again.
