In the beginning I was a bit upset with my service but I quickly lightened up when I got Jorge. At first I had a lady and I can't remember her name but it was constant 40 minute hold times to get on the phone with her. She was very attentive the first day only and her customer service declined from there once I because a policy holder. I got Jorge once on the phone and expressed my frustration and ever since then I need only to shoot him a text and he's on it with whatever I need.
