Sales Agent - Sophia is such a great person very welcoming, Very Nice Lady. Recommend her. Perfect Spanish & English. Great Customer Service. Awesome Prices for Car Insurance very reasonable.

Don't believe the reviews!!!! They are so old and clearly not recent !!!! This office is great . Ask for Sophia! She was very honest ,professional and super nice! She went out of here way to set up my policy from the comfort of my own home , and when I stopped by the office a week later she did not disappoint. Great customer service! I definitely would recommend. Would give 10 If I could , thanks Sophia! She speaks Espanol too!

This place was amazing I really recommend it to everyone. The agents were very nice and really help me to understand all the plans they have in order to find a perfect plan for me. They help me get the lowest rate even though I have a suspended license. thank you Adriana's insurance!

I had my policy renewal in January and was charged an additional $100 beyond my regular premium. In February, my autopay was not applied, and I was then told I would be charged a $50 late fee. I explained that autopay should have been active and requested to speak with Edgar, the representative I usually work with. The agent I spoke to did not provide his name and placed me on hold, stating he would speak with Edgar. Seems like they're mad when picking up the phone. They rude and if you want to add a vehicle to your policy you have to pay $280 plus the insurance month. This really ridiculous I'm moving to a other insurance company. Really bad experience.

They're are usually rude. They seem annoyed when speaking with you. Last time I called, I was on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up on. If I called too close to closing time, that could have been communicated instead of keeping me on hold and not answering or calling back. Also there's always additional fees then what originally said. For example it costs more to pay fees with them versus paying the insurance company directly, however they do not disclose that.
