Im giving only one star, The lady Angelic always so mean when I call in , makes it hard to make a payment, Im switching back to a dif Ins company, The other lady is soooo nice. By far the WORSE customer service I have ever experienced by any company. After making attempts to obtain a reimbursement, I was ignored hung up on, and treated with the utmost disrespect. Recap of the situation: We requested a quote for COMMERCIAL INSURANCE and were given a policy for PERSONA AUTO. I had Adrianas Insurance for years and never had an accident until Friday, and then they dropped me. If I could give no stars I would, what kind of company provides service like that!? Just wants your money and provides no help after your 1st accident. I'm going to report them to the state insurance commission.. Update: since they have replied on here but can't call me, Vicente called me once, at 9 pm but IVE BEEN trying to get ahold of him. Adiranas insurance in a BROKER and one I would never recommend! They simply do what you can do on your own without giving them a percentage of your money because they are a BROKER! The Custer service is horrible, the reliability it terrible and my suggestion is always calling insurance COMPANIES yourself to get a real quote and no games of HAGGLING! Call Geico, Mercury, AAA yourself, don't rely on a broker....again they do what you can do and really PROVIDE nothing but headaches down the line for you!
My step son was in the unfortunate position of needing a SR-22. Got a quote for $400/month from Adriana's. We went down the street to DFI insurance and got a quote for $90/month with Progressive. I think it is sad because we dealt with Adriana's before and even though they advertise as being friendly to those who's English is not strong, it seems they are taking advantage of those they want to attract. My advice is to get a couple quotes.
This is the worse insurance broker, ever! When we first signed up, we asked for a 250 deductible. When I was in a car accident a years ago. The insurance said I had a 1000.00 deductible. Recently, I backed into a relative's car. I didn't know Adrianna's insurance assigned me to a different insurance company. Kemper was the insurance company. The declined my claim. HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS? The way they do business is VERY shady! My policy (before I cancelled) was SUPPOSED to be on the 14th of every month, yet they took funds out on the 7th. On top of that confusion they stated I could postpone a payment yet it was still taken out on the 7th. As for my cancellation process, I cancelled on the 2nd, Angelica didn't finish my paper work until the 7th. The 7th was my usual payment date so again... Second time comming to this place. First time was ok. Second time horrible customer service. Lady that helped me was in a bad mood. Would never come back.
Don't purchase your insurance here recently got into an accident they didn't cover it and don't answer any calls or bother returning calls rather go somewhere else
