Have had it a few weeks and it has worked great for me so far.
Overall this is a great scanner. Excellent speed and clarity. The reason I'm going to return it has to do with its ability to be networked. Now to be fair, it does not advertise that it will work when networked with browser based programs. Our issue was that with our web based EHR program, the built in scanner function could not locate the scanner. Using desktop apps it was fine. But using web based programs to scan didn't work. Sometimes it goes off line unexpectedly before using. Overall good quality
The included ocr software combines with a seemless software/hardware interface. Perfect small business machine.
Purchased to scan documents on a regular basis. Probably two or three hundred a year. It was very easy to install and was up and running withing minutes. For the price I think it is a very good value. It does exactly what we need it to do. I had a few reward points and that helped.
The scanning is simple and can adjust easily for alternate sizes. I am able to get rid of paper files and make everything electronic.
this scanner is fast, quite and super efficient. I really like that it allows with 1 click of a button to scan something directly to a flash drive. I highly recommend this scanner!
This is a great product, but I wish the touch screen worked better. It works, but it is super slow. I end up using the computer 99% of the time.
