Would not recommend this loan to anybody. You will feel like your trapped I’ve been paying everything in time never missed a payment and feel like the interest doesn’t go down. The cage you daily interest I guess which never happened when I first got the loan. They increase your credit limit to increase daily interest. Absolutely worst loan you could ever get.

If I could rate this company with 0 stars, I absolutely would! I got my loan at the beginning of October of 2025. The first payment was due on 10/31! (NOT EVEN A FULL MONTH!) They took $207 from my account. On 12/1, they took $458! I called to ask why they'd taken so much and I was told it was 'because the APR is 250% DAILY." I seriously said "ARE YOU ********ME?!" The letter States A+ RATING WITH BBB but BBB website states not accredited. I have a picture of the letter.

This place is ripping disabled people off. They constantly trying to get you to borrow more money. If you make a $500 dollar payment, only 75-80 dollars comes off the principle balance. They don’t tell you how much they are taking, it’s different every month. They have hidden fees that they are not explaining to the customer. Don’t fall prey to this business, I’ve had this loan for over 2 and a half years. I didn’t know 6-8 months ago that only a small amount was going towards the balance.

I took out a line of credit loan with Advance Financial 24/7 and since September 14, 2025, I have been unable to access the pass codes required to log into my account; therefore, i have no online access to my account whatsoever. I cannot see my balance, pay my bill or take out a draw if I need it. I have spoken with customer service reps to no avail numerous times, asked to speak to with a manager who never returned my call. This Financial Company is ripping customers off. They offer you a loan,but once you make a payment thinking your balance will go down. Instead, your payment increases due to the small portion of interest that goes to the principal. For example, my initial payment started at 60.00, they offered me an increase of 200.00 after the increase the payment to 137.00 and then I got an increase of 100.00 and the payment went to 181.00, after paying that payment, the payment increased for the next month bill to 242.00 therefore, I have... read more

I am filing a customer review on advance financial due to horrible misrepresentation of that company. I got a 1,200 loan and when I call to see how much I paid in already I was told 16,000.00 by **** who works there . Don’t ever waist your time with this company they are a rip off . I got the small loan d/t my husband having a heart attack and I needed assist with bills . You can’t keep doing good people wrong

I have sent numerous emails requesting a halt to ACH payments and every week they are taking payment I have paid back more then what was originally borrowed and they keep robbing me weekly I have submitted a request in writing for a stop to ACH payments again and a reduced payment plan because nobody could keep up with what they are doing this is a complete scam of a company do not do business with them if you are in a bad situation and need extra funds you will definitely be in worse shape after they get done with you!

0 stars talked to Bruce told me I was stupid and didn’t know what I was talking about and when I told him I didn’t agree to weekly payments he told me I was past due and that’s how it works obviously you don’t know what you are talking about and got extremely rude with me on the phone and yelled at me then my husband got on the phone and he hung up called back to talk to someone else above Bruce and got another manager and told me the same thing they are robbing me weekly
