I specifically made a settlement agreement. I paid the specified amount and NOW they're telling me I owe $952 more because I missed the deadline??? When I ASKED THEIR employee how much was left for me to pay and I paid it!! I have requested several times an email or even a letter in the mail to say I've paid my amount in full and they absolutely refuse! Who can't send an email or a physical letter?? This company is horrible. They are taking money of my account before the payments are due. They never work with me when I lost my job, but the fact they are taking money of my account with my knowledge is wrong. I will be turning them over to the FBI since I’m certified as forensic accountant. The FBI needs to know about this company. I make payments but clearly pulling money out of my account without my consent is very wrong. They will be hold accountable for this.

This company takes money out of your account without you letting them and the total never seems to go down just up you can never get ahead I paid thwem close to 500 dollars this month and they keep taking more.

I firmly believe this company is breaking the law with misleading information. So they claim that any additional payment you make will go towards your principal balance. This is completely false information. I have a recorded conversation with a representative that stated this. You can make an additional payment but 100% of that payment actually goes towards interest. My principal balance is $2750, my payoff is $3890.
