Took out a loan for an emergency not noticing that half the payment every two weeks nothing goes to principle. Currently going thru financial difficulties and they offer no solution. No payment plans no interest penalty nothing. All my other companies have worked with me. I would never recommend them to anyone. They are robbing people blind. They don’t wanna give any assistance

This company is a sham! Do not ever get a loan from them. They deserve an F on their bbb score. Like many others, I found myself in a difficult position due to a medical issue with my husband that impacted our income. I specifically made a settlement agreement. I paid the specified amount and NOW they're telling me I owe $952 more because I missed the deadline??? When I ASKED THEIR employee how much was left for me to pay and I paid it!! I have requested several times an email or even a letter in the mail to say I've paid my amount in full and they absolutely refuse! Who can't send an email or a physical letter?? Someone who is doing fraudulent behavior. This company is absolutely horrible and I WILL be recording ALL calls going forward. ... read more

This company is horrible. They are taking money of my account before the payments are due. They never work with me when I lost my job, but the fact they are taking money of my account with my knowledge is wrong. I will be turning them over to the FBI since I’m certified as forensic accountant. The FBI needs to know about this company. I make payments but clearly pulling money out of my account without my consent is very wrong. They will be hold accountable for this.
