Open sign lit up...but all doors locked and no teller in sight. Called the number and they stated that they may be on lunch and to wait 20mins. I came here 20 mins after 1pm. Lunch time should not be an issue and my time is valuable too. Smh...

I always enjoy going into the McMinnville location. Mizael and Tabby are always friendly, courteous and helpful. They both are very knowledgeable about all the services that Advance Financial offers. Even though they have been short staffed lately they still offer the same friendly, fast efficient and reliable experience and service. All employees should be like them.

I always feel so welcomed at the advance financial located in mcminnville, especially by one specific employee, Mrs. Jamie. Every time I walk through the door she has the most contagious smile, and is always in a good mood, also knows me by name which is a huge bonus. I for sure will always come back to this location as long as Jamie is there! Absolutely love her!

No matter what I need Allison is always a ray of sunshine and super willing to help with the friendliest smile on her face. Sometimes it is hard being in a bind financially but she always makes the process easy, fast and (dare I say it) fun! She really makes the bright side just a little bit brighter. Can not thank this company enough for hiring someone with such a talent for customer service and care!

The beautiful lady with the long gorgeous hair and amazing eyelashes... I think her name is Jaime Judkins, kills it every time I'm there. So helpful and nice!! 5 stars and 2 thumbs up.
