Awesome customer service! I went in today after doing an online application and was having some complications submitting all documents. I almost gave up and decided not to proceed but I thought no I will go to my local branch. I am glad I did Paula was very patient and guided me through the whole process. She has a great personality and sense of humor too! She is great at her job so she is definitely a keeper!
I came in to get a money order to pay a bill. Paula was there and it was one of the BEST customer service interactions I’ve had in a very long time!!! She was professional and made the interaction personal. Anytime she was speaking to me to she addressed me by my name and made me feel like I wasn’t just another customer!!
