AF has a great representative working for them. Justin from the White House, TN location was so helpful, courteous, and patient in dealing and clarifying up a situation pertaining to my debit card and a transaction (my debit card got hacked). He even went above and beyond by giving me beneficial information not related to AF matter. It was people helping people. We need more people like Justin. Definitely would recommend and use again.
Michelle at the White House location took care of me and was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I could tell she really took time out of her day to go above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. Such a sweet woman as well. Very easy to talk to… I feel like I’ve known her forever😂
The Advanced financial in white house tennessee, was very helpful with me today. Was simple and fast! Michelle was very helpful and friendly herself! Made my experience a good one and she even gave our son a rubber duck to play with. Definitely worth going too!
I called and had thr best experience with Ciarra. She was very friendly and upbeat. She gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had. Very professional and knowledgeable about the process. Very surprised she has only been working there for only a couple of months. Can only imagine how good she is going to be in 6 months!!! Fast, friendly service! I appreciated Michelle, my wonderful and friendly cs rep, who knows how to do her job well and make her customers feel comfortable at the same time. This service doesn’t take long, and soon enough you’re on your way! I will say that if there’s any way that you can pay your loan off quickly, then do it! Their interest on loans are extremely high!!!
