Our relatively new furnace just sat and flashed a red code at us on the first cold day of the year. The Advanced Air Technician detected a fault somewhere in the truly ancient wiring to our thermostat. He was able to suggest a wireless thermostat solution so that we would not have to tear apart walls to find and replace the offending wires. Installation was quick and efficient and we are warm!
