The tech did a complete checkup good job
We have used Advanced Air since 2011 when we replaced the unit that was in the house we bought after we moved to Safford. We have always been happy with Advanced Air products and their service! They have been knowledgeable and make sure we are happy with their work before they leave. It has been easy to make appointments and best of all they arrive when they say they will!!
timely response even on a Sunday. the tech who came was very professional and helpful. he went above and beyond to fix my problem and get my unit operating. explained what he was doing and checked the whole system to be sure he corrected the problem. will use them in all my AC needs and signed on for they're maintenance program
