I appreciated your tech being able to get to us on the same day of our AC predicament and got usup and running.. I also appreciate how he incorporated your administrative staff and getting us a new unit quoted and approved in the same day along with letting me know there was a zero interest zero payment financial aid available for 12-months while purchasing a new unit. Hopefully the install goes as seamless and uneventful, thanks.
