I had the pleasure of Edgar working on my over 10 y/0 heat pump today. He was on time, professionally dressed, wore shoe covers in my home, and trouble shot until he found the problem of my fan not turning anymore! A new part, a tune-up, pine needles removed, and I'm 1 very happy woman! Job well done!
Albert, the technician came out and did a thorough job of assessing our heating unit. He was very patient with me as he explained in detail where things were at. He then passed it on to Reggie, who spent an enormous amount of time with me going over the options. We came up with a great plan and I couldn’t be more happy or satisfied with how we were treated. Would recommend this company to everyone.
Had free install estimate today with Reggie. He was very polite, very knowledgeable, covered everything we needed to know, checked outside and inside for compatabilities and came up with a quote for us. We're happy to say our generator has been ordered. Savannah our install coordinator is on to of everything she's also amazing, great company so far,,!!!!
The positive experience came from the great service that the inspector (David) provided. He was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He's a great ambassador for the company. The negative part came from the EIGHTY DOLLAR FEE that was charged for the "free" home inspection (which had nothing to do with David).
