David was very professional. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t try to push anything else but explained the cost of a new water heater. When I’m ready for that I will definitely be called Advanced Air. You guys are great.

The gentleman tried as hard as he could to help me, but my issue was too extensive to be helped today. Since it’s Friday, I’ll have to go the weekend without the use of our washer, showers, or the bathroom in the master bath. That’s the only reason I’m not 100% satisfied. I’m hoping to get another appointment asap, to continue working on my issue.
