I can't, I wasn't there, my husband was. But every time someone comes and does maintenance something is wrong. And they all do different on maintenance. Some clean and rinse out unit outside none of that happened today. I was told it would cost 300 plus to clean coils and also told there is a leak somewhere. I have had many problems with this supposedly new unit in such a short time. First time only had the until for less than 6 months ended up in a motel for the weekend. Couldn't get the parts. Frustrated
David was awesome! My son and I tried to change some parts out on our toilet and ended up breaking it. He had a new one installed in less than an hour!

Brendan was very knowledgeable about how the system works. . He reached out on a format that didn’t time out properly but it did get resolved.. cleanup at the customer’s home could be looked at.
