Paul was excellent. Diagnosed the problem on the first visit. On the second visit the part was installed in 15 minutes. Excellent service.

I can only give the highest praise for the service I received from Paul who I contacted about my problem with my refrigerator and Dan the technician who came to my house. Dan listened to me when I described what was happening and knew exactly what to do to repair the refrigerator quickly and at a very fair and reasonable price. Any future appliance repair needs I may have will all be referred to Advanced Appliance with my confidence and thanks.

This is the second time (the last time was three years ago) that Advanced Appliance did a great job then, and when I had a problem now (not the same problem) they were here, and they took care of it very satisfactorily, and at a reasonable fee. I would recommend them highly.

In all my years dealing with appliance repair outfits, I have never had a company or technician that was so adept at their job. Company could not have been more professional, on time , on budget, parts for our Viking appliances were acquired quickly and installed immediately upon arrival in days.
