Dennis is the best! He has fixed my refrigerator and recently my dryer. He is always on time with the appointments and has a great attitude. Most importantly he is very efficient and gets the job done. Excellent excellent service!

The technicians were polite and professional. They were able to locate my old microwave part and installed it as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced too!

Called one day, they showed up the next and fixed the dryer. We used them in the past, never a problem!

The service was excellent and Andy the repairman was informative and helpful in understanding the need to bring the refrigerator cooling system up to par. It was accomplished. My one reservation is that the $100 service call, does not cover any labor costs ......you are paying that charge just to have a diagnosis. As an octogenarian, I find this expensive.
Service person knew what to do and did his job. Ordered parts and in a few days installed same.

We were very happy with Paul. He quickly diagnosed the potential problem. He removed the oven from the wall and looked at the control board,and the ribbon, then cleaned the dust out. Then the oven started. Paul gave us options. We chose to not do anything at this time. If it doesn’t work, we will definitely call Paul again. He was excellent, was very knowledgeable and meticulous.

Unfortunately, my appliance could not be repaired because they could not get the part. However, the technician Andy, could not have been more helpful and responsive. He regularly checked in with regard to the status of securing the part, and quickly ensured I was given a refund when determined the part wasn’t coming. Would definitely use them in the future.

I won't ever use another service! I love this company! Our technician Denis has been to our home three times for our refrigerator! He is polite, pleasant and extremely knowledgeable! Every time he's come he's fixed whatever issue it was in pretty much one visit! You can't go wrong with this company!
