I love both Doctors. Dr. Grossman and Dr. Osemene are amazing Doctors who treat me with kindness and amazing care. However, some of the receptionists do not represent their office well. Two of the receptionist have told me of how many appointments I’ve canceled and rescheduled when I called to reschedule my appointment (even though they were canceled in advance) I was told the receptionist are not supposed to do that. Dr Grossman is GREAT! Very gentle and caring. Thank goodness for the shot I received. As it took away my pain and I felt all fixed up until the shot wore off and I feel the pain again. UGHHHH THANKS DR GROSSMAN !
Dr. Goodman was friendly and very professional. Office was clean and was seen on time.
Who ever was taking care of my prescription call in, wasn't able to get my pharmacy correct..I've been through 3 so far, and still haven't received it...my pharmacy is CVS on rt 18...soon idk, we need to pay better attention
My procedure with Amy Tilara, MD was professional, confident and comforting. The facility and staff gets an A+
I am still waiting to hear back with my results. But they were sure to send me a bill multiple times.
Disappointed there was no ramp to get into building. Dr. very friendly and skilled.
I personally feel that if you are going to charge me a co- pay just to pick up a pair of shoes then the Dr. should at least come in and make sure that they fit properly instead of one of his assistants watchibg me put tgem on and then show me out.
Been here on 2 separate occasions, 15 years apart by accident. Had I known it was the same office I would never have come back. I should have run as fast as my busted ankle could take me. The staff is completely incapable of handling anything but an appointment to come in. The don't even handle their own radiology. Both doctors I would never let do surgery which is why I was there the 2nd time. The 1st years ago for a wart I went for 8 mo. I was so mad I went to my dermatologist, it was gone in 3 spots.
