Scheduling the appointment was easy and quick! The office staff was friendly, engaging and professional! The nurse was so nice!! When I met Dr. Grossman, he was caring and compassionate to my concerns. He made me feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable! I would recommend this practice to everyone! I was surprised to get a follow up call from the doctor directly, to check to see how I was feeling! That impressed me because he clearly has a busy practice but I never felt rushed!

I was told that they would let me know if my insurance covers orthotics but I never heard back
I love both Doctors. Dr. Grossman and Dr. Osemene are amazing Doctors who treat me with kindness and amazing care. However, some of the receptionists do not represent their office well. Two of the receptionist have told me of how many appointments I’ve canceled and rescheduled when I called to reschedule my appointment (even though they were canceled in advance) I was told the receptionist are not supposed to do that. Dr Grossman is GREAT! Very gentle and caring. Thank goodness for the shot I received. As it took away my pain and I felt all fixed up until the shot wore off and I feel the pain again. UGHHHH THANKS DR GROSSMAN !
