Absolutely awful customer service. I am not currently a tenant but I attempted to call and get information about their lease policies. I asked to speak to a person and was told that they do not call back. They do all communication via text. That is fine for some circumstances but there are some issues that are easier to communicate about verbally. I feel like I wasted a ton of time texting and never got my questions answered. ????????????
