On my first attempt, I was able to express my concerns to the receptionist who then told me My delivery when and what time my delivery would be, and a serviceman would look into the problem.I actually was able to work with one of the owners who made it a point of explaining the possible issues without trying to sell anything unnecessary to me. I can call if I still see evidence of the problem which will be addressed at that time. Thank you!Ā
