I'm a private caregiver agency and I start working there for couple weeks, and I'm shocked if they don't like you accuse you simply
update- a year later. Well, this isn't for Aegis Madison, but for the whole Aegis system. My aunt has been in the system for a year (shoreline) and here are some observations: They keep the grounds pristine and the outside 'shiny'- but inside, there are way too few workers and there is a lot of turnaround of staff (make your own guesses why). The care of our residents is our highest priority. It is our process to schedule care staff based on current resident needs. We do check on our residents, especially those with dementia, on a regular basis to ensure their care and safety; though we take their privacy and dignity into consideration. We have an open door policy and encourage all staff, residents and family members to speak with the community's General Manager or the VP of Operations with any questions they may have.
