they can no longer provide the service that I purchased. I have not used my groupon coupon there but they offered me other services. I have not looked into what other services they provide that I wold want.

The Doctor recomended to wait a couple of months since I had Botox 4 months ago. He will honor the Groupon until then

Jasmine is a rude horrible person who honestly scarred me a little bit. I am reporting them to the BBB as someone they should investigate, I am sure they must have more complaints.

The spa doesn't actually look much like most spas and their front desk could be better situated but they definitely got the job done so I was happy with the experience.

Friendly professional staff. Did not try to sell me more than I went in for. Provided a personal conslutation in order to educate me on the procedure.

I have had Botox many times in the past and feel that it is very unprofessional to charge a patient when it is done improperly in the first place. As a business owner myself... I guarantee my work as a professional 100% and would never charge a client for additional services to correct an improperly done job... If I have to pay since one side of my face doesn't move ... I'd rather go to somebody who knows what they are doing.
