they can no longer provide the service that I purchased. I have not used my groupon coupon there but they offered me other services. I have not looked into what other services they provide that I wold want.

Jasmine is a rude horrible person who honestly scarred me a little bit. I am reporting them to the BBB as someone they should investigate, I am sure they must have more complaints.
Friendly professional staff. Did not try to sell me more than I went in for. Provided a personal conslutation in order to educate me on the procedure.
I have had Botox many times in the past and feel that it is very unprofessional to charge a patient when it is done improperly in the first place. As a business owner myself... I guarantee my work as a professional 100% and would never charge a client for additional services to correct an improperly done job... If I have to pay since one side of my face doesn't move ... I'd rather go to somebody who knows what they are doing.
Worst experience ever! You guys have no idea what your doing! The so called doctor had no Idea how to administer Botox!! You had no idea what 20 units were! Very scary- I will tell everyone NOT to come to This ghetto facility!!!
Not experienced enough
I was accused in a nasty voice mail of writing a bad review because they don't participate in the Brilliant Distinctions program with Botox, apparently based on the fact that I had asked if they do. When I told Jasmine that it wasn't me who gave them a negative review, but would be happy to now after being treated so poorly, she threatened me with legal action if I did. The 'look' was very unprofessional. The staff, except for the doctor, were in very 'casual' clothes and one woman even had stains on her shirt. There were no doors on the exam room, just a curtain. I felt like I was getting work done via some sort of low cost clinic. I would rather pay more!
