Affiliated Dermatology is a very patience and caring staff. I really enjoy the convenience of scheduling appointments, and use of pharmacy at the office I go for appointments at.
Do not go to this place for anything!!!!!! I had gone there for a skin check where they had taken five areas off. Then they called me nine months later. Yes that’s right nine months later telling me that three out of the five areas were suspicious. then the girl argued with me was extremely rude when I called back that answered the phone.Didnt know about insurance,her job, proper etiquette ,or anything.Again was extremely rude. Terrible staff unfriendly and rushes you through, exorbitant fees charged for anything insurance doesn't cover. I reccomend Spectrum Dermatology over this place.
I don't think I've ever had to deal with so much hassle to get seen for a scheduled appointment. It was a nightmare from start to finish. I called in advance for my children's appointments and showed up on time just to be told that they were canceled. Because someone in their call center forgot to add my PPO plan for the rest of my children. I spent about 3 hours there going back and forth with a receptionist who really had no empathy in the matter; until I requested a Supervisor. She even asked if I wanted her to find a w... read more
I would give them 0 stars. Christine Lin who claims to be family dermatology accepted an appointment for my newborn son for facial lesion only to say we should see a pediatric specific dermatologist! She looked at his face, took a picture, and billed! What a waste of our time and risk of possible Covid exposure. Should do patient screening including age and reason for visit prior to booking. Waited 2 months for his appointment and now we still need to see someone else! Do not recommend for any children. Go somewhere else.
